Agreement and governing law

The agreement between the service provider and the subscriber is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is based.

Any legal disputes will be resolved at the service provider’s location.

Acceptance of terms

All orders are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Any changes to these terms will only be valid with prior written approval from XXX (the service provider). By submitting an order, the subscriber agrees to these terms, unless they submit a written cancellation within 10 working days from the signing/stamping of the order note, at which point the contract will be deemed void. To be effective, cancellations must be in writing and sent via registered mail with receipt confirmation.

Details and corrections

The subscriber must provide accurate business and/or professional details for the insertion. Based on these details, an entry will be prepared. The subscriber has two weeks from the invoice date to make any necessary corrections or changes and return them to the service provider. If no changes are submitted by the end of this period, the details will be published as they were initially provided. The subscriber will be solely responsible for any errors in the published information if the provided details were incorrect. If the service provider incorrectly prints the subscriber’s details in the YYY online edition, the subscriber is entitled to a one-year free extension of their subscription. The service provider’s liability for errors in the printed details is limited to €. The service provider reserves the right to decide on the placement of advertisements in certain sections or categories of the YYY.

Service activation and information entry

The service provider will enter the subscriber’s information into the YYY database within two weeks of receiving the order. The subscriber's details will be used as specified in the order. An invoice will be emailed, and payment must be made by the subscriber to the service provider’s bank account as specified on the invoice, within the timeframe indicated.

Subscription terms and renewal

The entry in the YYY database is valid for three years and will automatically renew each year unless either party provides written notice of cancellation at least three months before the contract expires. The contract takes effect seven days after the subscriber signs the order.

Payment and invoicing

Invoices for the second, third, and subsequent years of the subscription will be sent to the subscriber by the service provider. Payments must be made to the service provider’s bank account as listed on the invoice, within the specified period.

Pricing and contract extension

Unless otherwise agreed, the price quoted is for a one-year insertion. The cost for the first three years is €. If the contract is extended according to the terms outlined in the order, the annual access fee will remain the same as the original price.

Limitation of liability

The service provider is not responsible for damages arising from technical failures or any issues related to the YYY database.

Verbal commitments

Any verbal commitments made to the service provider’s employees must be confirmed in writing to be valid.
